Connecting beyond the clinic

CityVet hosted a Cubs event where veterinary professionals could meet the team and explore career opportunities in a relaxed setting. The goal was to create an experience that felt exciting, welcoming, and connected from invitation to follow-up.

THE CHALLENGE

Ballpark energy, CityVet warmth

I developed a flexible visual system that combined the energy of game day with CityVet’s friendly personality. Consistent branding carried the campaign across digital, print, and packaging.

Building anticipation

Animated social graphics, an email banner, and an event page banner introduced the experience before game day. The coordinated pieces built recognition and guided guests from promotion to registration.

Designing the in-person experience

A table tent, custom coaster, and recruiting flyer brought the campaign into the event space. Together, the materials supported conversations and created a recognizable CityVet presence.

Extending the experience

The experience continued after the event with a thank-you giveaway box. It gave the recruiting team a thoughtful way to reconnect with guests and leave a lasting impression.

Designed for meaningful connection

Designed for more than 40 expected guests, the campaign connected seven digital, print, and packaging touchpoints. Each piece supported a different part of the recruiting experience.
