Making recruiting feel personal
The White Glove Zoo event gave veterinary professionals and their families an opportunity to spend time with the CityVet team outside of a traditional recruiting setting. The experience needed to feel polished, welcoming, and enjoyable for guests of all ages.
THE CHALLENGE
Elevated, welcoming, and playful
I developed a visual system that balanced the elevated White Glove experience with playful zoo-inspired details. The campaign stayed consistent across five events while remaining flexible for digital, print, and activity materials.
Building anticipation
Animated social graphics and email banners introduced the event before guests arrived. Consistent messaging and illustration connected each invitation to the larger White Glove experience.
Creating the event environment
Posters, stickers, and table tents brought the campaign into the zoo and helped the event feel organized and connected. Each piece supported the experience without competing with the setting.
Zoo bingo cards and stickers gave children an activity built directly into the event. The materials added a playful touch while helping the experience feel thoughtful for the entire family.
Designing for younger guests
Designed for meaningful connection
Designed for more than 40 expected guests, the campaign connected seven digital, print, and packaging touchpoints. Each piece supported a different part of the recruiting experience.
