Showing up as one brand
SWVS brought CityVet into a busy four-day conference filled with veterinary professionals, exhibitors, and industry brands. The goal was to create a welcoming presence that stayed consistent across every stage of the event.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
Friendly, recognizable, and flexible
I developed a flexible visual system that could adapt from large digital graphics to small printed details. Consistent typography, color, and illustration helped every piece feel connected to CityVet.
Before the conference
Social media and email graphics introduced CityVet’s SWVS presence before the conference. Each piece used the same visual language to build recognition and give attendees a clear preview of the experience.
At SWVS
At SWVS, print and social event materials carried the campaign into the physical space. The pieces supported conversations with attendees while keeping CityVet visible throughout the conference.
A small piece of the experience
Custom pet pins brought a more personal and playful detail to the conference experience. They gave attendees a collectible piece of CityVet to keep after the event.
One cohesive conference system
Three groups of materials worked together across pre-event promotion, the conference floor, and the social event. The result was a consistent system that could shift across formats without losing its identity.
